Shipping & Payment

 

We ship through registered and trusted courier partners for orders within India as well as overseas. For shipping timelines, please refer to the product description page for each product.*Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays are not considered working days for standard deliveries.*For sale-related policies, please refer to our Sale T&C's.For all domestic or international orders placed with Anitya Craft Collective, applicable shipping rates will be communicated directly to the customer by the Anitya team. Shipping charges may vary depending on the product, delivery location, package size, and other applicable factors.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

 

  • We offer free shipping on all eligible domestic orders within India.

  • Orders are dispatched to the shipping address provided by the customer at checkout.

  • All orders are processed and dispatched by Anitya Craft Collective, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

  • Free shipping may not apply to selected oversized, heavy, fragile, or special-category products. Any applicable shipping charges will be communicated to the customer by the Anitya team before dispatch.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

 

  • For international orders, applicable shipping charges will be calculated based on the destination country, product type, package weight, dimensions, and shipping method. The final shipping charges will be displayed at checkout or communicated to the customer by the Anitya Craft Collective team, wherever applicable.

  • Duties, taxes, customs charges, and other import fees for international orders are not included in the product price or shipping charges, unless specifically stated. These charges will be applicable according to the laws and regulations of the destination country and must be borne by the customer.

  • Customs duties and taxes are generally assessed by the destination country's authorities at the time of import. As rates vary depending on the country and type of product, Anitya Craft Collective cannot determine these charges in advance. We recommend checking with your local customs office or shipping carrier before placing an order to estimate any potential costs.

  • Any documents required by local authorities in the destination country for customs clearance must be arranged and provided by the customer. If an order cannot be delivered due to missing or incomplete customer-provided documentation, Anitya Craft Collective will not be responsible for any resulting customs charges, return shipping costs, or delivery failure.

  • Customers may be required to pay applicable customs duties, taxes, and import-clearance or handling fees directly to the shipping carrier, such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, or another authorized courier partner. Any invoice for such charges will be issued directly by the respective carrier.

  • International orders are generally not eligible for cancellation, return, exchange, size exchange, refund, or credit note once dispatched. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing product, please contact Anitya Craft Collective within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear supporting photographs. After verification, our team will assist you with an appropriate resolution, where applicable.

  • In case of delivery failure due to the customer's unavailability, incorrect/incomplete shipping information, refusal to accept the shipment, or failure to complete required customs formalities, Anitya Craft Collective will not be responsible for additional shipping, customs, storage, return, or re-delivery charges.

  • All international orders will be dispatched to the shipping address provided by the customer at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping and contact information is accurate before placing the order.

  • While we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timelines, delays caused by customs clearance, local authorities, courier operations, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur. Anitya Craft Collective cannot guarantee delivery dates for delays outside our control.

  • All orders are processed and dispatched by Anitya Craft Collective, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

MODES OF PAYMENT

 

  • For domestic orders, we accept major debit and credit cards, Net Banking, UPI and other supported digital payment options available through our payment gateway at checkout.

  • For international orders, customers can make payments using supported international debit or credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout, subject to availability in their country.

  • Certain cards or payment methods may occasionally be unavailable due to technical issues, banking restrictions, payment gateway limitations or security requirements. Anitya Craft Collective is not responsible for transactions declined by the customer's bank or payment provider.

  • Please note that international transactions may need to be enabled on cards issued in India. Customers are advised to check with their respective bank regarding international transaction permissions, currency conversion charges and other applicable fees.

  • All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. Anitya Craft Collective does not directly store customers' complete debit or credit card details.
